The eSim cases do not advance following preparation for delivery. How can this be resolved?

To proceed past the Preparation case every piece of equipment must be correctly set or checked-off.  For the Preparation case,  all 31 out of 31 items must be checked before proceeding. The total checked items can be found in the upper right of the simulation screen (next to “NRP Quick Equipment Checklist”). If a piece of equipment is missing, please scroll through the list to see which is missing, it will either have a red X (meaning it is set incorrectly) or it will be blank without a green check mark (meaning it has not been checked-off yet).
